Intrinsic motivation is the finest molecule which I had ever seen in the world.Without intrinsic motivation no will never reach the goal of their life .If a person has intrinsic motivation no one can stop him/her within a limited circle.They will surely break the circle and reach their destination. Path is not a matter at all, the way we interpret the things that is the great challenge for a person.
Intrinsic motivation activates a person inner attributes which will help them to struggle with all pains and obstacles and attain goal also. Intrinsic motivation helps "a man without fear and pain". A person should be capable of facing all the challenges and risk in this 24/7 business world. We should love ourself first; then only we can love others. We should try to understand our mind exactly then we can easily understand others feelings and problems. If a person can understand others emotions it will help him to solve the problems of others.
Give your palm to poor people this supportiveness help them to come up new successful world . This may support one to come back and reagain a new life. Helping mentality, Right attitude, Trust worthness , Hardworking, Strong desire etc are the several attributes of self motivation.
